Privacy Policy
Live Coach is not available yet. This page explains what happens to your data when you visit the Live Coach landing page or join its early-access list. The page does not record audio and does not read any training or sensor data.
Who is responsible
The operator of this page is responsible for the data described here. Contact for all privacy questions: hello@letkimdoit.com.
Early-access list
If you join the list we store your email address, the time you signed up and a label that says which list you joined. We use it only to tell you when Live Coach early access opens. We do not send newsletters, share the list or sell it.
- Legal basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
- Retention: entries are deleted automatically 7 months after sign-up. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Usage measurement
To learn which parts of the page work, we record simple events such as page viewed, section viewed, button clicked and form started or submitted. Each event carries a random ID that is stored in your browser (local storage, not a cookie), and the campaign parameters of the link you came from (for example utm_source) if there are any. Email addresses are never part of these events. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking tools.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the page.
- Opt out: clear this site's data in your browser, which removes the random ID. Events already stored cannot be linked back to you afterwards.
Hosting and fonts
The page and its database run on Google Cloud (Cloud Run) in the United States. Google processes data on our behalf under its standard data processing terms. Like any web server, the host may log technical data such as IP address and user agent for security and operations. Fonts are served from our own domain; your browser does not contact Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to hello@letkimdoit.com; to find your sign-up we need the email address you used. You also have the right to complain to your data protection supervisory authority.
Changes
If Live Coach launches, this policy will be extended before any new data is collected, for example for accounts, audio or training data.
